A4U is a registered charity and Disabled Persons Led Organisation providing support to empower people with disabilities of all ages, their families and carers. We help people to understand their options, make informed decisions and take action to support independent living.

A4U was originally established in the 1990s and has been making a difference to the lives of people with disabilities and their carers ever since.  We have been celebrating our 30th anniversary during 2023.  Our aim is to offer a safe and welcoming environment and continuously review and develop our services.
